What should i expect at the airport?

1. Arrival at the Airport

• Disembarkation: Upon landing, passengers exit the plane either via a jet bridge or a shuttle bus to the terminal.

2. Immigration

If you have not done so already,Please complete the electronic customs and immigration form for Jamaica  https://enterjamaica.com/ This form is called the C5

Jamaica is NOT accepting paper forms at this time

• A few important Notes:

  • Please note that EACH PASSENGER needs to complete a separate C5 regardless if you add them as a travel companion. It is recommended to print your confirmation after completion and bring with you.

  • There are new facial recognition systems upon entering Jamaica. If you wish to use this expedited route, please follow directions upon arrival. 

  • Once you depart your aircraft, you will need to visit the Jamaica C5 kiosks. Enter the information it asks for and it will pull up the information you entered on enterjamaica.com

• Entry Process:
  Entering the Jamaica is a two-step process:

  1. Immigration: After exiting the aircraft, you’ll be processed by immigration.

  2. Customs: Collect your checked baggage at the baggage claim, and proceed to Customs.

3. Exiting the Airport

• Transportation: After Customs, head to the arrivals hall and follow your itinerary to locate your transportation. Avoid anyone offering transportation or timeshares that aren’t pre-arranged.
